Our products are made with high-grade raw materials. We choose high-quality soybeans, each one full and golden in color. We also select rice from our own base farm, which has gone through three major processes: cleaning, screening, and rice milling, without adding any preservatives.

The White Miso paste uses high-quality mineral water from Alshan Mountain, where there is an excellent natural environment. We introduce the most professional mechanical koji making machine and use ancient fermentation methods to make the miso taste more pure.

Our SUPER GRADE RAW MATERIALS include selected organic rice and soybeans, brewed by pure natural mineral water from ArxanShan. Our products are GOOD FOR HEALTH, as miso contains many nutrients such as iron, calcium, zinc, vitamins B1, B2, and niacin. They are also gluten-free and have no preservatives, no fragrance, and no color added.

In Japan, miso is the most popular seasoning and can be used not only as a soup, but also as a dish with meat, or as a soup base for hot pot. The production of our organic white miso paste uses Japanese microbial fermentation technology and constant temperature fermentation. The whole process is brewed naturally, without adding chemical seasoning.

The shiro miso paste packaging is Certified USDA organic, Ecocert Sa, JAS, and Kosher. Our products have been inspected and meet the stringent organic rules and requirements, ensuring high quality.
